Your Child’s New Favorite Activity!
We all have music inside of us, waiting to be expressed and created! In our Musical Beginnings class for 4-6 year olds, your child will learn and explore the foundations of music through singing, dancing, playing, storytelling, collaborating, and creating with their friends in a fun and imaginative environment.
Musical concepts explored: foundations of music theory (rhythm, melody, harmony), improvisation, composition, diverse musical genres, musical theater, and many more! Piano, ukulele, xylophones, drums, instrument ensembles, music games, storytelling, and group dances are SOME of what will be included in our dynamic classes.
Your child will gain steady beat, melodic and harmonic recognition, impulse control, spatial awareness, focused attention, decision-making, working with others, and many more important developmental skills.
*Grown-up participation is accepted, but not required (can be dropped off). Please bring plenty of water and leave snacks outside the classroom*
