BATTLE OF THE BANDS

The 5th Annual Battle of the Bands is going to be our best one yet!

Two Age Categories:

• SENIOR: Ages 12–18

• JUNIOR (New this year!): Ages 7–11

If your student is right around the 11–12 age range and you're not sure which group is the best fit, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help you decide!

How It Works:

1. Sign Up Deadline: Students must sign up by November 14.

2. Band Formation: Bands will be created and announced by late November or early December.

3. Planning Phase (Nov–Jan):

   • Senior BOTB: Student band leaders will guide their group.

   • Junior BOTB: Parent leaders will help organize.

   • Tasks include song selection, setting rehearsal dates, and more.

4. Rehearsals: Bands will rehearse from January through March.

5. Concert Dates & Details:

   • Junior BOTB:
     📅 March 27
     ⏰ Call Time: 3:45 PM
     🎶 Soundcheck: 15–20 mins per band
     🎤 Concert: 6:00 PM

   • Senior BOTB:
     📅 March 20
     ⏰ Call Time: 4:45 PM
     🎶 Soundcheck: 20–25 mins per band
     🎤 Concert: 7:00 PM
